ORDERING & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Customer will receive an email confirmation once the booking is complete.
• Credit card charges are made in local currency
• In order to apply student discount to Petra tour, customer must send photo of valid student ID by email, no later than 48 hours prior departure
• Up to 48 hours before departure time, cancellation is subject to a 4% handling fee. No refund will be provided for cancellation within 48 hours of day of the tour or for no-show arrivals on the day of the tour.
• Cancellations for flights and other specialist suppliers require a 48 hour notice excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday) due to working hours of certain suppliers.
• Certain tours might have different policies which are stipulated on their description page. This is particularly notable for package tours where cancellation is as follows:
Up to 14 days before departure – 20%
Up to 7 days before departure – 50%
Less than 7 days – 100%
• In rare circumstances the operator might have to modify or altogether cancel a tour due to operational reasons or lack of participants. The customer will be informed as early as possible. In this case customers will receive a full refund or the right to switch to an alternative tour or alternative departure for the reserved tour.

1. Products and Suppliers.
We sell a variety of travel related products in the relevant country from different suppliers and service providers (Suppliers).These terms and conditions apply to tours ordered
through the Wow Israel website,. Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and
conditions, and you should make sure you understand them.all cancellations, changes, complaints, etc. are handled directly. All operator contact information is provided with
confirmation after booking. From this point on this document “We” represents the tour provider. Certain software and content found on our website are owned or licensed by us
or our Suppliers.
2. Rates &Availability
The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking request. In the event if there are rate changes due to increase in Govt taxes, or hotel charges a surcharge, or BAR rates (Best available rates), we reserve the right to amend the rates without notice. The exchange rate is subject to change. Please ensure that you have secured the relevant visa / entry permits and valid passport. The best source of visa information is the embassy of the country itself,
3. Deposits
If you are interested in going ahead with this booking, we would require deposits or payments as follows either in the form of cash .
 30 days to 15 days prior to departure date: 50%.
 15 days to 01 days prior to departure: 100%.
 Prices in this quotation are subject to availability. Wow Israel reserves the right to offer services of similar or higher standard based in the event of non-availability at
the time of booking, at amended cost.
4. Unexpected Changes .
Changing the date or time of departure, changing the route of the trip, collecting or dropoff are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances , such
as floods or road blockage or security situation are solely at the discretion of the tour operator.
5.Security Coefficient
Please ensure that the names given to us for reservations match the names in your passport, It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel
documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately, as hotels, sightseeing tour companies are very particular about name
changes. Mismatched names may result in heavy amendment penalties. We strongly recommend travel insurance .
6. Visa fees & Taxes
International airport departure tax,also Tours that cross the Jordanian / Egyptian border are subject to government taxes and visa fees, which are paid in dollars or
shekels, within limits, subject to change by the authorities (often on short notice) and under the control of the operator, the Jordanian/ Egyptian companies takes full
responsibility for the tours..
7. Rules
You are obliged to stay with the tour at all times. Separation from the group can result in being left behind and in cases where the leader is unable to find the tourists, Efforts
and rescue fee, will be at customers expense.
8. Responsibility
If you use a public transport or any other means to join our tours, full responsibility is solely on you, until the moment of joining our tour .
9. Cancellations and Changes
Your contract with your Suppliers may allow them to cancel or amend bookings. If we are your Booking Agent, we will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We do not guarantee that any refunds will apply. We will attempt to provide solutions to ensure the minimal impact to the schedule we experience, and cost. We reserve the right to implement alternate locations or make other significant changes to the itinerary, including cancellation, due to superior force, weather conditions, operational considerations, or imposed security limitations. In these cases there will be no entitlement to compensation.
10. Lateness
Waiting time for late passengers will not be more than 20 minutes.
11. Transportation
Tours are carried out in various vehicles, including vans, minibuses and large buses.
12. Food and beverages
Meals not included in all the tours, unless indicated or otherwise specified in the programs.
13. Discounts
Some of our tours have a 5% student discount. To receive this discount, you are required to carry a valid International Student.It is your responsibility to verify this,and
send photo of valid student ID by email before the day of the tour, on certain tours there is another discount for children ages 5-13.
14. Refusal
If you are refused passage acroos a border, or if you are refused by the authorities, you will not be entitled to claim any refund whatsoever.
15. Special needs or disabilities
Baby chairs, wheelchairs, carriages require advanced notification. Travelers with special needs or a disability must call the provider of your accommodations ahead of time and verify that special needs can be met. WOW-ISRAEL make no guarantee as to the ability of any accommodations, activity provider, or facilities advertised on its site to meet the special needs of disabled clients. WOW-ISRAEL has no special knowledge regarding the suitability for disabled persons of any portion of any tour or activity offered. For information concerning the suitability for disabled persons for any portion of any tour or other reservation, contact the supplier directly.
16. Entrance Fees
In some tours entrance fees are not included unless stated otherwise.
17. Age Restriction
Daily tours are not suitable for children under age of 5.
18. Guidance & Languages
In our guided tours, you can choose a guide according to your language in English, French, Spanish, German and Russian by request.
19. Atmosphere
A person who is under drunken or drug influence, or his behavior offends or irritates other tourists, or a tourist who can not keep pace with the rest of the group, or who
decides to split up at some point from the tour to the detriment of the experience of other members, the Operator may then, at their own discretion, require this person to
withdraw from the tour immediately.
20. Alternatives
We reserve the right to implement an alternative to another property of a comparable level, or exchange for tourists property in other similar property or locations to the extent that the provision of services by third party providers is improper, such as unavailability of hotel rooms or any other impairment.
21. Prohibitions and dangers:
Prior to booking international tours, we recommend that you review Governmental prohibitions, warnings and advisories applicable to your destinations. By offering tours
to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel in such destinations is safe or without risk.
22. Personal belongings
We at Wow Israel accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings and recommend that valuable belongings be left at home. Travelers are
covered by insurance for the tour provided by the tour operator. Neither the operator nor this site cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage due to superior
force. We recommend for personal health and damage insurance cover to be taken out by each traveler.
23. Payments:
WOW-ISRAEL accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard. WOW-ISRAEL holds reservations until “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If deposit/payment is not received before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically cancelled. Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately.
24. Pricing:
Prices and availability quoted by WOW-ISRAEL are not guaranteed until deposit is fully paid. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Passenger agrees that WOW-ISRAEL is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any quotes, advertisements, including on our website, resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies nor is WOW-ISRAEL responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. Suppliers reserve the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical error. You acknowledge this right and agree to hold WOW-ISRAEL harmless for any actions or damages arising from Supplier pricing.
25. Baggage:
We recommend that you leave the equipment and suitcases in the hotel, but if you take the suitcase with you to the tour, it is your duty to update us on the quantity and
size of the suitcases.
26. . Pregnant women
WOW-ISRAEL advises pregnant women to consult their doctors before making any reservation, in order to confirm that it is appropriate for them participate in the Trip. You agree that WOW-ISRAEL will not be liable for any damages arising from inability to participate in any or all of the Trip due to pregnancy or related illness and no compensation will be payable under such circumstances.
